Sessions for individuals, couples, or groups. I practice integrating the following to support the harmonizing and unwinding of the physical and emotional body while allowing for deeper connection with the spiritual body.
* Presence Awareness:

* Chi Nei Tsang:
Holistic, non-intrusive, hands-on healing modality of old Taoist
Chinese origin. An “applied Qigong” that goes to the very origin of a majority of
health problems, including psychosomatic responses. The work is mainly within the abdomen with soft, gentle and at times deep touches that detoxify and bring awareness/consciousness to the internal organs while supporting a wholistic breath.
* Conscious Connected Breath:
A meditative breathing practice that, for a time, returns our current state and pattern of respiration to a natural and unhindered way of breathing. It invites a fullness to our breath and gently guides it back to what it was like when we were infants – without resistance. Just like brain tissues store memories, so do our body tissues store past experiences and suppressed traumas. Conscious breathwork is a healing modality that offers access to these memories and past experiences. It is a mechanism that can lead to deep resolutions within the body and ultimately in life.
* Sound Healing:
Sound healing using Acutonics tuning forks and chimes,
Tibetan bowls, Tingshas, Ganta and Dorje, drums, rattles, whistles, and flutes. Underlying treatment implements deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, chanting/toning, shiatsu, and acupressure.
*Acupressure or Shiatsu Treatment:
Chinese 12 meridians and 5 elements analysis from pulses followed by personalized Acupressure or Shiatsu treatment.
*Akara Numerology reading with suggested personal yogic technique:
Bringing awareness to your ten yogic bodies and how these ten bodies personally relate to you. Once we learn which of the ten bodies that you are either challenged by or want to create deeper understanding, I then share a series of yogic exercises and/or meditation to support your specific need.
Initial consultation followed by a series of Kundalini Yoga exercises and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan to specifically support your personal yogic practice for your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
Qigong is practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, Qigong is a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or “intrinsic life energy”. The qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing, coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movement, a calm mindful state, and visualization of guiding qi through the body.
*Gong Bath with Pranayam:
Experience the healing effects of yogic breath techniques and the depth of the sacred sound current through the gongs. In the tradition as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
*Ecstatic Dance with Mantra Element:
A safe space to practice authentic, spontaneous, expressive, meditative movement with the added expression of chanting mantra while in dance. This practice supports opening to new ways to express oneself in movement and sound.
*Guided Essential Breath Meditation:
Inspired from Donna Farhi’s The Breathing Book, the guided breath meditation will bring an experiential awareness to your chakras and your internal rhythm and flow of your pranic body. This teaching is essential to any yogic or mindful meditative practice.
