Client records and transactions with the practitioner are confidential, and may only be viewed by staff, unless release of these records is authorized in writing by the client, or otherwise provided by law.
We do not accept insurance for services. However, some insurance companies may reimburse you for services. Most companies allow you to use Flex Spending. Check with your insurance company for more information.
Online session require payment in advance to schedule a session. You may cancel or re-schedule you appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be assessed a $75 fee. No Shows are counted and billed as full appointments, no credit or refunds.
